Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time:
Items shipped from the USA: typically arrive within 2–5 business days.
Item shipped from overseas: typically arrive within 5-10 business days.
If your order contains items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and carrier information.
Responsibility: We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather delays).
Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.

🔄 Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied:

Return Window: You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
Refund Method: We do issue money refunds. Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Damaged/Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at eliamwear@gmail.com
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
