We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied:

Return Window: You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Condition:Â Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging attached.

Refund Method: We do not issue money refunds. Instead, you will receive a store credit equal to the value of your returned item(s).

Store Credit:Â Credits never expire and can be used toward any future purchase.

Shipping Fees:Â Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Damaged/Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at eliamwear@gmail.com
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or store credit as appropriate.
